Nah man, I knew you weren't cuttin into me.

But yeah I hear ya, I actually really find the tap out stuff fashionable. Fits my style pretty well, tee shirt, jeans, boots or running shoes, and a hat...basically all I wear. But then again, I also don't roam around acting like a tough guy. I probably give off the quite the opposite vibe most of the time. haha.

I'm discouraged. I haven't been feeling well the last couple days and I've also been super mom taxi and either have giggling, texting teenage girls in the living room or riled up 9-year-old boys playing MarioKart on the Wii. The need for comfort food is astounding!!! <drool>

I've tried to put on weight since back in high school. "Good" size. It just never happened. Tried everything from eating scheduled stuff to taking supplements to bulk up for some extra size but I just don't have my brothers genes. That fool could go to the gym once and he's the size of a mac truck. So, I clock in around 165 and take advantage of my speed. I do a fuckton of running every day on the treadmill for now since it's -fucking cold outside. I'll be switching up to trail running again when the ice age comes to an end. The only spot I've ever gained some decent muscle mass/strength was in my legs. It helps for dangling around the opposing defense for a shot at a break away. Now if I can just find the hands to burry those chances :lol:

toning day. 3 sets, 12 reps on high row, low row, mid row, reverse fly, military press, flat bench, ab cruncher, and back extension. 3 sets, 8 reps with skull crushers and arm curls. 15 minutes on the treadmill and ten on the elliptical.

I defenitely hurt my shoulder so I can't do bench press, dumbell flys and shoulder presses. Freakin' sucks...

I'm still doing what I'm doing. Still sore but eventually it will go away.

But hopefully I'll be able to get bigger soon, next few weeks at least.

How do you measure body fat percentage?

I plan on biking every day pretty soon, that gets me into pretty good shape in a hurry. I'd rather write than work out though :/

take five pound weights and just rotate your wrists. it works a ton. i was shooting pucks last night, after not shooting in a year, and they still were rifles to the top shelf.
