The whole liberal/pedophile thing is really bizarre. I wasn't aware of it because, as I stated, I've only poked around over there one other time since zee split, and that was pretty much a five-second visit because the format was terrible.

I reacted to this comment in particular

the same way I do when certain members of my family irl tells me that I am "not normal" in what is meant to be a derogatory fashion. Secretly, I am pleased.

I wouldn't mind seeing them have to put up with some liberalism.

I wouldn't be surprised if it "collapsed under load." The old IP boards used to do that too. Not as bad as KickApps, which hits errors for me after 2-3 pageloads, and not as bad as Fusetalk, which was abysmally slow, but it still would collapse with heavy game traffic.



phpBB (so this forum) allows that too. Very useful. Until said person tries to make a million posts and you have to go back and delete them.

I'm loving the new theme - it's very harmonious - and I also love that they've given you guys real tools and are actively trying to perfect everything before it goes live.

Haha, the URL for the "new" boards is easy to find for anyone with half a brain.

My two cents...that white bar at the bottom has got to be made smaller or the same color as the post background. It is a big distraction.

Same can be said for the gold bar on the top. Takes up too much room. Especially since post date and time aren't in it...all it has is the username and post number...that wastes a lot of space. Plus, having the username in a separate bar from the user details is quite confusing.

Looks like a functional system but its layout leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of wasted space.

Ugh. That guy is such a HT and Ferret dick sucker. He made a thread honoring them on page 2! Come on! This dude needs friends.

i dont get it either, how we are the bad guys. but it appears this way. i think he just really likes HT... which is fine.

what i dont get is how HT can believe hes the savior in this. of course everyone THINKS they are correct, but i mean when you post things that vile and hate filled, i dont get how you can deflect that and blame elsewhere.

I dunno man. HT's gotta be pissed because he finally got to ravage a forum without getting banned again, and now he'll be asked to follow rules. GM 'doesn't care about what happened in the past', but agrees that people from SJ who post ruin threads simply because HT says we do.

Lets just say that the fixes made today on the test boards for the new old board layout are amazing. You'll all love it I believe. Based on comments made today in urgency or getting things fixed, I would imagine their time frame of releasing next week is pretty on-track.
