As long as you create it at home and it's not outright slander or hate the school system can't do a damn thing about it.

Last year these two girls got into a fight, the fight was caught on video tape and everything, bear in mind this happened nowhere near the school. So my High School finds out about the fight as everyone knows and has seen the video, and they bring the girls in the office, the school has the audacity to actually suspend or give out in school suspension to the girls for this, when the fight clearly did not happen on the school property.

It was retarded and I would have fought it, they have no jurisdiction of what you do when you get across the street and not on the school's property or what you do at your home.
