On my solo trips I go light with a 9 dollar hammock and my marmot sleeping bag. Only problem is that I have to stay below treeline, hahaha! With the kids I have a 3 person and 6 person North face depending on if it's a hike in and squat or a park and camp type of weekend. Anyone wanting a sweet back country trip out here in Colorado just give me a ring and you got a place to crash.
