Yep.

Pages, the word processor in the iWork suite, is $10.

Warning, Apple hyperbole with lots of 'best' and 'greatest' adjectives. :)

Hahaha...I plan on only writing lengthy things on it when I'm in bed or traveling. maybe even when I'm at school waiting for a class of something.

Nor would I. Quick drops into Evernote aren't bad. Anything more extensive, it's BT keyboard time. It's really not bad at all with that.

I do that all the time when I go to our other buildings and dont have to lug my laptop bag.

so can you email it to yourself and transfer it to a .docx? Wondering if they are compatible wiith Office so I can kind of work on projects while I'm about and then put them on my PC when I get home to do the final touches and submit things.

Oh.....I bought the Ipad...hahaa...the size and coolness factor did it for me. great Battery life too.

It would be a lot easier for you if your home PC were a mac ;)

True, but I have always felt windows pcs were easier and more comparable with everything else. Of course I haven't used a Mac though. Just going off what people have told me in the rumor mill. Oh.....I'm typing this on my Ipad...lol. Yes I am a nerd

NHL Game Center. Get the free one, not the $20 one. How they're charging $20 for it I have no idea, especially when inside that app they're talking about a future GameCenter Live app for another $80.

As good as the NHL usually is with newer technologies, they failed at this one. The free app is just fine.

ESPN score center is a really good app for the iPhone, not sure if it's available for the iPad. It is really comprehensive for all sports, though, if that's your thing.

I have NHL Gamecenter, The Hockey News, and Yahoo Fantasy Hockey all on my Droid. I would suggest you add THN and Yahoo Fantasy Hockey to your iPad if those two are available.

The ScoreCenter app on the Droid is god awful. It's awesome on the iPhone, though. I think ESPN just didn't give a shit about the Droid's or something. SportsTap is really nice on the droid, though.

ScoreCenter XL on the iPad is great, better now that it's free.
