That's 12 confirmed and 2 debating.
We can cap it right there (or up to 15) and run with 2 goalies, or we can play with 1 goalie to allow more teams. I wouldn't really want to go with 2 goalies and 15 teams, as some teams don't have a clear cut #1.

whether we cap at 12 or at 15 wont really matter. The way the position system works is you can chose how many of each position you get points for (ie, 2 Centers, 2 LW, 2 RW, 4D, 2G) after that you pick how many bench players will be on the team (you dont get points for these players and the spots can be filled by any player regardless of position) so depending on how many bench players we have a person could stock up their bench with goalies and if they draft right be in possession of 3+ starting goalies. (Then theres the whole business about how many IR players you can have, trade deadline, moves per week, and other bull shit)
personally, i think 15 would be fine. teams that dont have a clear cut #1 make things interesting like whoever had Roloston before he was traded to Tampa hit the jack pot. same thing with whoever drafted Cory Crawford last year. This also gives people drafting the choice to try and draft towards specific stats. IE, use early picks for like Miller and Thomas at the cost of picking Sedin (doesnt matter which one) and Ovie to win the goalie stats and hope that third line centers and wingers can pull a good enough +/- to probably win each week. Or have a team that is loaded up front so you win G, A, +/-, etc and hope that a combo of whoever the fuck is Phoenix's goalie and Flordias goalies can hold it together long enough to get a decent Sv% and GAA.
