It's happened before. Our HR people said that sneakers and jeans were acceptable everyday attire. Cue to once every three days questions of "hey you goin on site? Oh I just figured because of your attire..." for a few weeks until my supervisor actually says something concrete.

Annoying.

Today is the first day I looked at myself and thought "I have a real beard now". It is also the day the playoffs end for buffalo.

FUCK YOU sabres, i'm reclaiming this beard as my own, and disassociating any meaning it once had pertaining to you or your ill fated playoff life.

It's a glorious beard, with specks of red, it's now dense...but not wookie dense. I've trimmed it down so it's all even and clean feeling, hell, I even conditioned it in the shower. It's MINE, ...screw you guys, for serious.
