I had no idea what I was going to make for dinner, salsa and quesadillas sound very good right now. And I even picked up some beer today to go with it.

Hmmm. That gives me an idea. Next year I'm going to plant nothing but tomatoes, hot peppers, cilantro, and basil and invest in canning. I can't even begin to describe what this stuff takes like fresh.

The funny part about eating it is that you have to make sure there any equal amounts of the ingredients on your nacho. Too many peppers and no tomato will KILL YOU :D
