I wanted to respond to some of the stuff I was reading, and I can't post to the boards while at work.

Personally, I don't have a problem with anyone here. I am sorry that things happened the way they did, for everyone.

I was one of those who had an issue with those who said they'd all be there for Psyche's M & G, although I hope that my response did not come off as hostile; more like disappointed that a lot of people bailed on him. He put out a lot of effort (not to mention his own money to put this together). I felt that we as a group should have made a better showing. It seemed that a lot of members were very much up for the event, then changed plans last minute (not just for Easter, either), unless I need to go back and reread the thread, then I apologize for my misinterpretation of what was posted there.

I can't speak for others and their personal feelings on the issue, but my guess is the group may have thought that it was not right and seemed to be exacerbated by the ill-will amongst some people. Again, this is purely conjecture on my part.

I miss the TTWS and some of the more entertaining threads and reading the stuff that I didn't really understand, but learned a lot about with input from the more knowledgeable posters.

I wish that things were different for all involved; unfortunately, it is what it is and I refuse to make things worse. I just wanted to have my say and hope that I have not offended anyone.

P.S. to Irony--yes, that was definitely one of my "less than flattering" pics-I can't even explain that. You should look for the original in the Post a Pic thread, or I'd be happy to provide one.

Thanks for letting me have my say. And I will pop in from time to time, if no one finds that offensive.

I don't like where any of this is going. I really wish we could go back to the old days. Talking shit about people on either board or telling people off makes us no better than each other, no matter where we post. If we can't set our differences aside, there's no reason to talk shit about people or say mean things. We all used to be friends, some of us still are no matter where we post, and if it continues, we will divide ourselves further. If they want to talk shit on their message board, so be it. Let's not do that on ours. I think everyone on both sides are better than that.

i dont have any ill towards anyone that left, outside the issues i brought up earlier. ill miss the hodger the most, he was one of my top favourite posters. by far. im sorry this division came, but it almost happened months ago, but with other posters.

i just dont see what was so bad about this place that many people had to pick up and go. are we youngins that disrupting and rude? so many questions, so little answers... or something.

hopefully we get a new influx of good posters (LIKE BLUE AND YELLOW!) to make positive contributions to these forums.

but this rift needs to be either bridged quickly, or left behind in a hurry, because the events of the gold medal game are still raw and come up often.
