Wait a minute here..... "It's illegal to import or export drug paraphernalia" But it's ok to make it here? "It's illegal to import or export drug paraphernalia" How is a water pipe "drug paraphernalia" unless it's been used for drugs? Last time I checked tobacco is still legal here. Cripes...if I were this Chinese company or the US importer, I'd get the cheapest lawyer I could find and this would be out of court immediately. They should just say it was confiscated for being intentionally mislabeled. But then again, the LAPD aren't know for their imagination. |

I guess they just assume now, and they don't even look into Tobacco Shops that sell them. You call it a bong or anything related to drugs they kick you out of the store. |

The bueaty of the Feds plan when then did this.................They will put these "Bongs" up for auction to bring in money for their agency (Customs). I'm waiting for the announcement for the online auction

True dat Sky, but only after you make your credit card purchase (with the non-refundable claus) for the product. God I love how the Fed's are just plain DUMB!
