WASHINGTON - How much does the U.S. government really trust Canada? Maybe less than you think. Espionage warnings from the Defence Department caused an international sensation a few years ago over reports of mysterious coins with radio frequency transmitters, until they were debunked. Sounds like maybe a backlash for that Canadian guy who was responsible for the ice in the Salt Lake Olympics. He covertly froze a looney or a tooney right underneath the face-off circle at center ice. The rest is history repeating itself! |
