Hm, so tonights game versus the pens at home is on the HD channel for center ice. Odd, this is the first home game i've seen center ice carry in HD, I'd seen some high profile away games given that single HD channel for center ice, but NEVER at home, I'd always thought there was some reason they werent capable of sending a HD feed to center ice from buffalo.

This of course begs the question of WHY THE FUCK ARE WE PAYING ALL THIS MONEY FOR MOST OF THE GAMES TO BE IN SD? They're clearly CAPABLE of showing all the games in HD, wtf?

Oh wait...it will probably be the pitt feed, so no RJ. I'll wait to see, but i'm guessing thats why this game will be in HD.

it's the Pens feed for me....I'm actually going to record / watch the MSG feed because RJ > HD

I'm stuck with finding a stream online for a while. Time Warner finally noticed they never stopped giving cable to my apartment once the previous owner left.
Kinda bummed I'm gonna be without cable till we move (don't wanna sign a year contract for 3 months), but I guess I can't complain because we had accidental free cable for 9 months lol.

Btw if anyone knows good hockey game streaming sights let me know. I've been using atdhe but the quality can be pretty shitty

I'm so torn, NO ONE equals RJ in terms of play by play.
But the chasm between HD and SD is so vast.

Hm...maybe i'll try and sync up the RJ feed from WGR with the live pens feed, I have the DVR, I just wonder how often you have to re-sync during the course of the game.
