Where in Buffalo is the best experience for wings for an out of town couple? My best friend from college and his wife are going to Niagara falls tomorrow to see the falls...probably around the rainbow bridge. They want to get dinner in Buffalo so his wife (from Texas) can have Buffalo wings.

I'm thinking Duffs. Any other ideas? The only rule is good wings. And REASONABLE prices.

Duffs is always good. I'm partial to the Anchor Bar still, but you can't miss with Duff's either.

Gabriel's Gate has awesome standard wings and an excellent nut brown house ale.

La Nova has a ridiculously amazing hot garlic BBQ wing that makes you think you've found Shangri La.

Duff's has the gnarliest, hottest wings not labelled "atomic" or "nuclear" or "kamikaze" in the world.

Sean Patrick's puts out wings(real good) and pizza(ok) for happy hour at 4. They are free. Does that sound reasonable?

Bar Bill in East Aurora. Best wings ever, best beef on weck too. Very flavorful - but caution, also very got. They have mild/medium/medium hot/hot/extra hot/suicidal. Medium hot is hotter than hot at most places, including Duff's. Hot is very hot, extra hot is almost unbearable. I don't even want to know what suicidal is like.

Duffs is good, much better than the Anchor Bar, but my only complaint is they are swimming in sauce. They come in a bowl that ends up being about half full of sauce after you finish the wings.

Anchor Bar isn't very good at all - as mentioned above, they're not very crispy, and they charge extra for suicidal, which barely qualifies as hot.

Bar Bill is a pain in the ass. If they don't know you, they often won't serve you; at least until you've waited an hour.
