I've been the last 4 years I think. I remember it being in Brewerton one year, was that the year it was near your parents?

This year will definitely better than last, which was when my gf and I were taking a break (her idea, note: different from breaking up) and I spent most of the time in a daze trying not to cry.

This year I have 99 problems, but that bitch aint one. Woot.

House #6 - Probably my favorite

I was in love with the wall and trim color and style

Image
I thought it looked brilliant

Image
Master Bedroom...yes, that's off the bedroom.

Image
The rest of the Master Bedroom. The only thing I didn't like was the mirrored furniture (see end table left).

Study, back downstairs

More of the study

I loved the look. Past the living room through to the dining room towards the deck

Living room, bit much going on in here for my taste

The insides of those houses are nicely done, especially that last one. I don't like the outsides at all due to lack of originality lol, but I would love to have a home that nice on the inside someday, with exposed beams and wood floors and windows that look somewhat like
Image
except not quite, and lots of art, and very open (except I am prone to clutter and mess so I know it wouldn't actually be that way), etc...

Seeing nice homes like those pictures just makes me want it all even more.

Yeah, I find I love some of the rooms and designs in those houses, but not the houses themselves. I don;t feel inclined to have a big family, so I don't see the need for a $400,000 house, not that I'll be able to afford one anyways.

I don't understand. Were they selling those houses? I would be suspicous if an entire neighborhood decided to sell their homes at once. Either they're living on a landfill, or their neighborhood is prone to cultism.

They were nice, but I didn't think there was anything that was enough of a wow factor to support them if they were just gallivanting people around saying look how great we are. Kind of plain, but I did like that painting style in that one house. I have that in my bedroom :D

Some are sold, some are not. It's a new development, so all the houses are new, so it isn't really suspicious. Think of it kind of like an art gallery where the architects, furnishers and interior designers can show off their work. The city of Syracuse does it every year.
