In case nobody else caught this, DirecTV and Versus have reached an agreement on who has the longer penis, and the channel is back on the air. |

That's good...that would have sucked for DirecTV customers during the playoffs, when most games are on Versus. |

Thanks pal, did not know. I'll have to look it up and find out how it got settled. I'm guessing that my witty satire with DTV customer service was not a factor. |

Versus has returned to the DIRECTV channel lineup, available to DIRECTV customers on channel 603 in standard and high definition. Sports fans can now enjoy more sports than ever on DIRECTV. EL SEGUNDO, Calif. and PHILADELPHIA, March 15, 2010 –– DIRECTV and Comcast have reached an agreement to return VERSUS to the DIRECTV programming lineup today. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. VERSUS will return to the same DIRECTV programming packages it was in at the end of August 2009. "We are pleased that both sides were able to work out a satisfactory deal to bring this programming back to our customers," said Derek Chang, executive vice president, Content Strategy and Development, DIRECTV. We're excited that we were able to come to a fair agreement that puts VERSUS back in millions of homes with DIRECTV in time for our busy spring programming schedule," said Jamie Davis, president of VERSUS. thats good... i called them and bitched the last sabres game i couldn't watch... got $10 off my next 4 bills...lol.. i wasn't looking forward to missing the play-offs... glad they got it done... Now can Bettmen please go find a real TV deal... why is it I can watch cup stacking and poker on ESPN, but I have to chase down VS for Hockey... can't stand Bettmen |
