Really? I thought she was doing a very good job.
I thought perhaps they could have used Mike Rowe, but I decided that this series needed a fresh voice for narration, and I agreed with their move to use someone who hasn't really done it before.

I do not understand why is she so well-received by so many people. She is the most condescending host on television. When there is a behavior or something else presented that she does not understand, her entire demeanor becomes holier-than-thou; she is not at all a genuinely inquisitive person. Her tone rarely matches her questions in those circumstances. It only does when she asks rude, intrusive ones. Seeing her interview people very much like me and witnessing how she spoke down to them was just a lovely experience. I also don't think she has much faith in her audience at all, but that may be a somewhat accurate attitude.
