On Wednesday night the Pennsylvania lottery "pick 4" game turned up all 7's

Apparently, a lot of people pick all 1 number when they pick numbers and this caused the lottery to have to pay out 1,573% of sales.

Uh oh, how are state politicians going to be able to divert money from the "education fund" now?!? Somebody might have to lose out on an all-inclusive vacation paid by tax dollars.
