Forgive me beer gods for I have sinned. I just poured 4.5 gallons of pale ale out in my back yard. Even though it was infected with acetaldehyde and was undrinkable, I still feel guilty. I promise to replace all my plastic equipment and never neglect my sanitation regimen again. /Thank you, I feel much better now. |
