From what I've seen and read, they had the cooperation of:
His school (duh)
The local soccer team
the corporation that owns Qwest field
The local power utility and its employees
discovery television
the local police department (who classified the escort as a training mission for when the President is in town)
the city and mayor
many more random people playing along

I want the person that coordinated this to be my personal assistant.
