I didn't even know there was such a thing as vehicular feticide. Either way, I think she's a moron, but I don't think you can send someone to jail for that. If this were an abortion, it would be considered a late-term abortion which is pretty disgusting. |

If someone were to injure her resulting in her death and subsequently the death of her baby they would be charged with both deaths. I see no difference or controversy here. It's not like those liquor and beer bottles have warnings for pregnant women or anything. /s I'm pretty sure late-term abortions are banned at the federal level, so regardless if she terminated this baby medically or this way, she should be in trouble. |
