Someone tried to pull something like that on one of my friends. A little fender bender at like 20 mph, they did all the right shit, the next thing you know the guys in a neck brace seeking damages. Fuck those people.

c. driving wreckless
d. playing bumper cars
e. the person was injured significantly

g. profit!

this case should be thrown out, because its obvious someone saw this as a payday. hate that bullshit.
