What kind should I get for my laptop? I have a Dell Studio, with a 15" screen. |

I don't know . . . I just need something to put it in for transporting or else when I'm not using it. But the thing is, my laptop isn't flat when it's closed. It has a big hinge on it and it's not an even surface. I had originally gotten a Vera Bradley case to put it in, but the laptop was too thick to fit in it. |

Actually, I need one too. I have a 15.6" Toshiba that is pretty flat. |

I swear by timbuk2 bags http://www.timbuk2.com/tb2/products/laptop/ They're a bit pricey, but worth it...made with ballistic nylon, mostly waterproof...indestructible. |

Timbuk2 are pretty much the cat's ass and the most schnazzy bags you can get, OR you can spend $30 on Overstock.com and get a fine Case Logic case. (If I had the money, I'd have a collection of Timbuk2 bags, for the record) |

If you're out there advertising AOL, you've been swindled. |

So today I realized that the reason why I have a laptop with a gigundo hinge is because that's where the battery is . . . and that the battery comes off. So really I have a normal laptop with a big battery. |
