This place was SUPPOSED to be private, invite only, but lately it's grown to include a veritable drunk tank of teenage angst. Not to mention, the admin's immoral use of google ads to fund his multimillion dollar pot ring. Oh yeah, like ETC and I didn't see that coming a mile away!

This site has become a cornucopia of immoral sabres fandom.
It has permitted a puffed-up, "douchebag mod" to keep things reasonably calm, establish "cliques (because you know, unlike some I am not a complete and utter moron and can differentiate between clicks and cliques)", and create a general atmosphere of camaraderie.
There has been a constant stream of divisive, combative threads about hockey and the NHL that have no place in a friendly hockey community. Er...I mean?
And the angst...oh the angst, don't get me started on the angst. Too late. It has proceeded to reduce the intelligence, culture, and maturity of the board to that of a dormitory. This is what angst does to you. Friends don't let friends uffer from Angst. Have I killed the word angst yet? Angst!
I'm leaving for forever, which for convenience's sake will be a time period roughly equivalent to nine or ten days. I hope (starting tomorrow at 1 PM) to have a nice vacation, internet access or no, and hope you'll enjoy the time without me. God knows you need it.
