Ok well encase you don't know, the first Death race was sort of a remake of Death Race 2000 which really wasnt that great of a film but was fairly entertaining nonetheless if all your looking for is brutal car fights and people getting mangled in the process.

Well I came across a Death race 2 page on imdb.com and under the character listings it has Markus Kane as one of the characters being featured in this film, now there is also a character in the Twisted Metal series called Markus Kane (Minion in TMB) so it had me thinking if they are going to try and fit something together or if it is just some cruel ploy by the filmmakers to try and get Twisted Metal fans to see the movie, praying it has something to do with the characters involved in the game.
