Ok guys. I need some new gym/workout tunes. I know alot of you boys listen to much of the same stuff as I do and alot of other music like it that would help. And just for reference, I'm talking about hard, fast, crazy shit that will get you going in the gym.....just heavy guitar and screaming vocals won't do. I'm talking legit "I hear that song and I just want to murder people" music that gets the blood flowing and you feelin all crazy-like.....

Sorry to sound like a meathead (could not be further from the truth) just wanted to describe to you fella's what I'm looking for.....and.....GO!
