Attachment: J.D. Power awards are a good indication of the quality of a wide variety of products because they're rated by users who own the items being graded, rather than a simple magazine review. Not surprised to see where Blackberry ranks. No wonder they're losing market share like crazy. |

I hope they're paying you well. EDIT: don't you find it at all curious they didn't include the network as part of their evaluation? |

I'm a very low tech kind of guy, but ever since my first iphone i was blown away, I use it ALL THE TIME. I mean, for everything. ATnT works fantastic in the areas I roll in, no complaints at all. Just don't do any "upgrades" without doing some research. |

Well I know Consumer reports won't recommend the iPhone 4 because of coverage issues. They will recommend the 3GS however. |

Consumer Reports has no credibility on the iPhone in my eyes. They wouldn't recommend the iPhone 4, and still don't, yet they rated the phone as the best available smartphone on the market for at least two months after it was released. They have a completely valid point that consumers shouldn't have to purchase a case to mitigate possible issues from a design flaw (and I agree), but you can't make that statement then turn around and say the phone is the best out there, especially when call reliability and quality are some of your metrics. EDIT: AT&T's is terrible in higher population centers. It's not bad otherwise. My 3GS works great around Buffalo, but licks balls in Boston and NYC. |

I recently got the chance to spend an hour with my friends new iphone 4. It was nice and all, worked well and seemed like the best iphone i'd ever seen. But I got the HTC Evo about a month ago, and quite frankly the iphone just doesnt hold a candle to it, just two separate classes (from a 'regular' user standpoint) there really is no comparison. I just cannot express in words how utterly seamless everything is with the Evo, I cant use it without thinking multiple times how freaking brilliant some little thing about it is. Huge 4.3 inch screen, amazing voice recognition, navigation, everything with ZERO lag no matter how many apps i've got installed, I just couldnt be happier with this thing. |

Yea, I'm seriously jealous of the Sprint users and their chance to use the Evo 4G. That device is incredible. The Korean version is even greater, with all of the stuff we enjoy plus a TV tuner antenna you screw in on the size bezel. JEALOUS. |

The EVO is a great phone. However, to say that the iPhone doesn't hold a candle to it is a bit of hyperbole IMO. |

My dad has the Evo...it's pretty awesome. I love playing around with it, but I would still get the iPhone if I had the option to. |

I'm super high on Android right now and I wouldn't hesitate for a second if Verizon acquired the iPhone. |

Not huge surprise that Apple iPhone is so high in everything raked for the JD award (except battery life). I have a Blackberry and there okay but it is more of a business/email phone plus I have had so many issues with it. Droid and iPhone are the way to go right now |
