Has anyone started yet? I got my bf his big gift for Christmas. Xbox Kinect. What are your shopping plans for the holiday? I love this time of year. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas. |

I haven't started my shopping yet, I usually wait until after Thanksgiving (but avoid Black Friday at ALL costs). I love Christmas shopping though. It can be stressful, but it's a lot of fun! |

The end of the year is the best. I forgot to throw in New Year's Eve. And the end of the semester. I worked Black Friday at GameStop and it was fucking nuts. I was so happy they just had me greet people at the door instead of cashing people out and shit. I like BF shopping every once in a while. One time I got a TV for my dad that was on sale in the Target ad and they only had like 13. As I was shopping for the little things like DVDs and stuff, people kept glaring at me. They probably missed out and wanted it. I thought I was gonna get punched in the face for it. |

Cyber Monday is the best thing ever. Sit at home, watch a little youtube, knock out all my Christmas Shopping, and save a shit ton of money. All while in my underwear or less |

I got golf clubs for Christmas from my parents. I can't think of anything else I really want. |

Missy is getting Joshua a Sabres jersey. I dunno what I'm gonna get him, or anyone really. I'm really not into Christmas anymore, but being the only one in the family that doesn't celebrate at all gets you shit on by every other single solitary member. |

Christmas doesn't feel normal to me anymore. I'm more excited about giving my bf his presents than anything else. It doesn't even really matter to me. |

Haven't started yet, but I'm starting to put some money aside. Most of the things that I want are on the expensive side too, I've been wanting a Kahn Design watch and a new xbox. |

I've always just gotten my two youngest brothers little toys and goop and whoopie cushions for a dollar or two a piece from grocery stores or wherever lol. They always end up playing more with what I get them than what my parents do, too. They'll be eleven and nine this Christmas, so they're starting to outgrow that age (the older one definitely has), but while kids are young, it's pretty easy to make them overjoyed on Christmas. For the older two I always just ask my parents to buy them something for me since they know what they want, and I pay them back. For my parents I just get them little things throughout the year, and my friends and I don't expect anything from each other because we are all in college, and even if we weren't I hang out with a lot of different people and couldn't afford it. Some still buy things just because they see things that are perfect for certain people, but there's no sense of obligation at all. I don't typically buy anything for people outside my immediate family, though this year I'm considering buying cheap toys for my one set of cousins that are five, four, and baby. I like buying that kind of thing because I know how superior it all is to the expensive things and how much the kids will love it all. lol |
