http://thecelebritycafe.com/feature/%E2 ... 11-01-2010 Quote: A freak accident in a New York City train station took a turn of Hollywood proportions. A man who was hit by a No. 2 train in Manhattan this weekend was identified as a famous screenwriter. Academy Award-nominated Will Rokos is best known for Monster’s Ball, the film that earned Halle Berry her Oscar.
According to The New York Post, Rokos was waiting for the train in the 14th street station when he leaned over to check down the tunnel. The train came in the station hitting Rokos in the head. The policemen say that the train driver tried to stop the train, but when he slammed the brakes it was already too late. The train only stopped after five cars had arrived into the station. Rokos was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for Monster’s Ball. The screenwriter is said to be in critical but stable condition at Bellevue Hospital. |

I've always wondered what would happen in that situation. Interesting that he is still alive. |

You don't hear about accidents like that very often at all, I guess now they will install something to keep what I presume to be impatient/horny drunk people from trying to bend time to their will. |
