Just did my Black Friday shopping. Express has 40% everything until noon. Aerie has $20 bras and undies 7 for $25.

All done. Shopped online. Completely naked.

That is all. :D

Oh you guys.

I actually just got home from work. For those that don't know me, I work at Tim Hortons at the mall, and let me just say - it was pretty busy ALL DAY and the line wrapped past a few stores. It was crazy.

I find something fundamentally wrong with having to watch three kids so my wife can go get deals on shit we didn't need in the first place. Not like I'm getting anything out of the deal.

All the crazies wanted their coffee while waiting in line for stores. Also, I think I alone made about two hundred bagels in a span of four hours.

as some of you know, i work in a frame shop...and not a major brand one at that. black friday for me isnt really any different then any other day which is pretty relieving on one hand yet incredibly boring on another.

I work for a major retail chain and I am being paid today to answer emails, basically customer service that cannot be done in store.

One such customer went on a rant about the store not matching an Apple Store black friday deal today. People are crazy. They'll complain about anything.

this black friday seriously had to of sucked for retailers, aside from the obvious places with electronic sales, i think it was honestly one of the worst black friday's i've ever seen.

it was my second black friday with my current store, and we did maybe 2/3's of what we made last year. even when i went into a few stores myself, lines were not like i've seen them before. i mean i remember when i worked at aero, we had a line that wrapped around the store from the minute we opened until 4p.m. i stopped into there today and it was nothing like that, to say the least.

Early numbers are showing a 4% increase over last year.
