This madness has GOT to stop.

This time "BILLIE JEAN" was playing in the background after the game in Ottawa.

Given that hockey (at this level especially) is one of the toughest and most physical of all sports, does anybody else find this MJ mania in the lockerroom a little disheartening?

C'mon, be honest.

Who's responsible for this? The Europeans? The Canadians? I know it can't be the homegrown red, white & blue Americans!

i never have been a fan of his music first off and wheen you add all the questions about touching little boys....ugh. All that aside, Billy Jean doesn't scream "Fear us!" or even "BOOSH!"....our music chooser needs a little vacation to the Phil school of hardcore then come back and get his shit together.

Well, Michael Jackson is responsible for that music and he was American, so it is homegrown.

They could listen to Michael Bolton if they wanted to. I could care less as long as they win.

To be fair, Billie Jean is a freaking great song.

But, yeah...this trend seems to be continuing. Odd, I wonder who started it, and why it caught on.

As odd as it may seem, as long as they keep winning and if it promotes a feel good vibe in the locker room I don't really give a shit what they have playing.

I think it's one of those joke things that brings the team together. I'm fine with it. And hey, they could do worse than MJ.

Since you put it in Sabres Hockey, it should be...or you know, at least be about hockey.

Fine.

I couldn't care less about the proper use of could/couldn't in this context.
