Most CHL teams do this and I have seen about 10,000 here in London but never 23,096 |

The same thing was done at an ECHL game Saturday night when the Greenville Road Warriors, formerly the Johnstown Chiefs, hosted the Gwinett Gladiators. I do not know how many were involved. |
