Yeah its from the 2007 movie "never back down";

As for anybody that ever did that in a real MMA fight...they'd have their face ripped three ways from Sunday.

I'm as impressed by a gymnast as much as the next guy...*swoon* shawn johnson...sorry got distracted

I was really disappointed that they even put the scene in a movie about MMA, especially because MMA is mostly about mutual respect for the other guy, knowing that at any point he possesses the tools to end not only your career but your life.

As for showboating, this doesn't anger me as much as that 9 year old from maine showing up a goalie with that stupid move. I understand it's creative and everything, but how many countless hours did it take him to practice that, where he could have been working on relevant stick skills, and relevant moves. His coach, or parents should have stopped that long before it made it to ESPN, because now he's going to go into Juniors, and maybe even beyond thinking he's the poo, until someone runs him for being a pretentious ass hat.

All in all, I've never been a fan of show-boating, and think that showing someone up, is just asking to have someone injure you.
