i can see were this lawsuit is coming from. shes not sueing the mall for having a fountain there or for not having guard rail on it. shes sueing because the security guards leaked the security video which should never have happened. so i think her suit will get anywhere, probably not. but i can see her reasoning for it. |

The mall is private property. They're entitled to videotape areas of their property, and put those videos on the internet if they so choose. Unless they spit out tape of her in a bathroom, she has no case. |

Its funny, no one knew who she was until she came out bitching that these security guards made fun of her. I mean, honestly, its like yeah the security guards shouldnt have done this, but it was funny it was harmless, no one knew who she was or anything, it was harmless.
