Dick move by the dealer, but within his rights. They could have fired him for any reason. If they want to risk getting good employees down the road because it's known they'll can you for no reason, that's on them. |

Holy crap. I'm not a football fan by any means and I know some who take their fansmanship pretty serious. But... this is just wow. And right after his grandmother had passed away?? ..Wow. |

I respect hardcore fans. I don't think it's appropriate. But I respect it. |

That's not a good thing at all. If you're that much of a fan you need to tone it down a bit. I wouldn't fire someone for wearing a Sens tie. |

Somehow, I doubt that's the whole story. From articles I've read, he was asked 5 times to remove the tie, and he didn't. Even if he was only asked twice, he still should have taken it off. If he doesn't listen to his supervisor (even if what his supervisor is asking of him seems a little stupid) then he's obviously not being a very good employee. Besides that, for all we know he has a history of ignoring his supervisor or being a bad worker, and this could've just been the last straw. It sucks that he lost his job, but he could've easily prevented being fired. The supervisor is stupid for firing him for that reason, but it's not like this guy is innocent either. |

Wow, what a petty piece of shit to fire someone for wearing a green bay tie. I mean seriously, what a tiny little cunt this guy must be to be so freaking insecure, and to lash out at people who like a different team. I hope karma sodomizes him thorougly. |

That's retarded. The manager deserves all bad that happens to him. |

You do realize how many die hard Bears fans will buy their next car from this dealership, right? |
