I saw this in New Age Creations at the Galleria a few days ago. It pisses me off to no end for a number of reasons.

The people who buy it now are the ones who are going to be mad if he doesn't live up to their expectations. I thought we were talking about a shirt with his name on the back, like the t-shirts that look like jerseys. I think that would be cool. |

I agree with Irony, it's gay but I don't see much of an issue with it. People are excited. Hell, we were on Pegula watch for a few weeks. It may be jumping the gun but things will settle down soon enough. |

I think a proper poll would have asked, "would you wear this?" Pretty sure you'd get 100% no. I'm fine with it if people want to rock it. But it's not for me. |

I don't see an issue with it. It's a shirt. The fandom is excited to have a really passionate fan own the team. some people will buy it, some people won't. Nothing wrong with people getting excited for a new era. |

The name on the front issue is a big one. Name on the front of the sweater is more important than the name on the back (or behind the benches, or in the pressbox). |

My thinking was just that if you asked them whether or not they'd wear it, they might be more inclined to give an honest answer in the poll. If you wouldn't wear it, chances are you don't like it, you know? But I see how that could also not work as well. |
