IIRC, Miller's clothing boutique in East Lansing is called "The Refinery" Correct?

Because I noticed yesterday there's a new store being built 1 block from my office and they just put that name on the window.
Anyone have any insight to this? Caro I'm looking at you :)

I know his Fiancee has connections to SoCal.
Expansion? Random coincidence?
