Thank you for remembering me. I have been slammed with work and being a homeowner these days. The two happiest days of a homeowner's life? The day they buy it and the day they sell it. Disclaimer: This is not a political statement; merely commentary on how this will affect me personally. The government shutdown is looming (once again), so I've been watching closely. They still haven't decided whether or not I am an "essential" employee. Considering I am employed in a capacity that collects 93% of the country's income, I would think I am "essential", but who knows? The downside of working as an essential employee means that I work, but won't get paid until this budget thing is resolved, or another CR is signed. So I can't apply for unemployment. They haven't classified any other sectors of the government as essential except for CPB and any law enforcement agencies, as well as any other entity that contributes to the safety and security of this country.  But anyway, thanks for the birthday wishes. Hope everyone is doing well.
