Yes, I am the pissed off Sabres fan. My friend is a Canucks fan and he ALWAYS bags on the Sabres and says the Sabres suck every time they lose a game. But, when the Canucks lose, he thinks it's because Luongo had a bad night, or they were playing a really hot team. Plus, he thinks EVERYONE on the Cnucks is amazing and EVERYONE on the Sabres are awful. He thinks Sami Salo is better than Tyler Myers! He thinks that Gerbe and Ennis suck compared to Cody Hodgsen. He also thinks that Miller blows and he just chokes in the playoffs. He pisses me off so much, and I really don't know what to say back to him. Any ideas or cmebacks on what I should say to him? Thanks. |

Thanks. fans are like that. you should see the entitlement red wings fans hold towards blackhawks fans (going to school in kalamazoo, its exactly halfway inbetween detroit and chicago.. so it was all bhawks and wings fans.. then me. haha) everytime a wings fan asks me how many cups the sabres have won, i just reply with "yeah, you worked really hard in those playoffs. you deserve the entitlement you display from watching a game on TV and rooting for the right team." in the end, we are all just hockey fans, and we dont all follow the same team. i try not to talk to much shit, or hate too many teams. there are a few exceptions of course (new york yankees, chicago whitesox, ohio state fucking buck fuck eyes) just dont use championships as a defense. its the cheap way out of an argument. |

Try being a Dodgers fan in douche country...I mean Yankee's country...at least you get to have some baseball debate, I have to tell Yankee's fans who Chad Billingsley and Clayton Kershaw are...and then they say "Well they'd be Yankee's if they were any good." Kershaw 1-1 On the season with a 2.08 ERA and averages 11.77 Strikeouts per 9; was told today by a Yanks fan that if he was any good he wouldn't have any losses... How can you even debate something like that? Completely unreasonable to suggest that when you give up 3 earned runs in 2 outings that you shouldn't lose; pitchers apparently need to provide their own offense; not to mention you AL fans have the luxury of a DH
