Too many to name, I am going through TNG again, I would have to say two of my favorite TNG episodes is "The Inner Light" and "Yesterday's Enterprise".

I'm going through DS9 for the first time. Yesterday's Enterprise is a classic. I wish more had been done with the mirror universe, but I know that writer's didn't want to reuse many TOS ideas especially after catching flak for the season 1 episode The Naked Now.

It was on this day (Sept. 8) in 1966 that Star Trek originally aired on NBC. "The Man Trap" was the first episode.
