kevin smith's working on a 2 part hockey movie, too, called "hit somebody", based off the warren zevon song. looks like we're gonna have a few hockey/goon movies coming out in the next few years. |

I'm half and half, it looks potentially entertaining, but little else. Kevin Smith should title his film "What watching my hockey team is like," and then film two hours of grass growing, with occasional appearances by Jason Mewes. |

I'm excited for Kevin Smith's movie, because he's a huge hockey fan so it's obviously something he's passionate about and he knows the game. But I'm mostly excited for it because Alan Rickman is going to be playing Lord Stanley!!! Which is such a perfect choice because his voice is so god-like and Lord Stanley is a godly figure in the hockey world. Plus it's Alan Rickman who is one of my all-time favorite actors!! I was so excited when I found out he was playing Lord Stanley...two of my worlds colliding, it's awesome. |

Chasing Amy is a really good movie, as is Clerks. I'll pass on all his other movies. Nice Youngblood reference Bagboy. |

My least favorite of Smith's films, and the only one I didn't like is Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Even Jersey Girl was better. |
