I think there may have been a thread about these when they first came out, but I'm too lazy to search. Anyway I just got an Ipad, the original model not the new one, and I wanted to hear what people like to do on them. Specifically, I'm wondering about hockey-related things I can use it for. I know Apple's strength is generally considered to be its mutli-media features. So for example, are there apps you can get to watch hockey games? For that matter, what apps are good in your opinion for things like watching sports? Also for music and other things? I don't have an iphone so I know nothing about apps. I did watch a Daily Show segment on fart-noise apps however so I've got that part covered. |

If you don't mind paying for apps justin.tv for I think 4.99. That app is bascially average people find streams and broadcast it. You can watch highlights on the new NHL gamecenter app as well but it is rather expensive ( 20 bucks for the app plus 150 to watch live feeds). A side note, if you know how to jailbreak you can get all stuff for free. |

NHL Gamecenter is awesome. Yes, it's expensive. But every hockey game, every night, right at your fingertips. Sick. |
