All kidding aside, Cowher is still a possibility, he only said no do to his TV contract.
Shanahan could still be our coach, but we might have to give Denver a draft pick seeing he is still under contract with them for another 2 years. Yes I know they fired him, but they're paying him for the remaining two years not to coach.

The Broncos owe him $7 mil a season for two more seasons. What would happen is the Broncos would pick up the slack to bring his annual salary to $7 mil if the Bills were to pay him less than 7

He'd sit at home, scratch his balls and say to his wife "Would you mine getting me a beer?"

The contract only remains in effect if he is honoring it.

He was fired so he can go coach whichever team he wants to without us giving Denver a draft pick. He is not longer under that contract.

It was the same thing with Ricky Williams, he was under a contract to play for the Dolphins, and when he quit he owed them millions of dollars. And he was still property of the Dolphins when or if he came back at that time.

I know i might sound like a traitor but what about Jimmy Johnson. The guy has superbowl rings. I looks like shanahan will be coaching the skins as they signed allen and apparently shanahan was a packaged deal. I know the name bill cohwer is still out there but i figured maybe throw the name of johnson into the ring.

Jimmy Johnson won't come out of retirement to coach a cold weather team.

Then again there is always the option of just putting my dick in the pencil sharpener. I'll admit Jimmy was a good coach, but he ANNOYS THE LIVING FUCK out of me to say the least. I'm sure 80% of Bills fans(circa 1995) feel the same.

SAY NO TO CHARLIE WEIS!

Anyways, Cowher says he wants to coach in 2010. No way in hell he comes here.

I would hate to see Weis here. One of the guys whose name was being mentioned was John Fox from No One Caresolina, but I hear they want to retain him.

At any rate, we appear to be out-of -the-running(3 hyphens lol) for any REAL coaches. This RE-RE-RE-AFFIRMS our joke status in the NFL. If saying this happened to ease the reality of the team's move is conspiracy, then I'm Mel Gibson. Perry Fewell is NOT the coach, and all the other guys are pretty much locked up. We searched long and hard, and no one wants to help us(with the franchise or coaching). I can come up with no other thesis than we have been turned upside down in a hopes of being turned upright. Off to a new market, gain success, then offer old market back to the old market if it stays viable enough for expansion. Why would you give the Bills to a co-op of ex-players when you know they'd accept that offer at ANY time in the future?
I think you're hearing the last strings to the "worst fukin song you ever heard".

........The Buffalo Bills.

p.s. If we CAN get a coach, we may have a shot. If we don't, we'll fry. Fish show

I too strongly believe the Buffalo Bills are out of here.
I will miss them though, hell, I've missed them since 2000. But the real story here is the Bills are going to leave Buffalo.
I like Hockey alot more than Football, but I am a fan of both. I hope they don't leave, but god knows, its looking more and more like they will.
Weis sucks ass as a head coach IMO. But he would be a good OC for this team.
Some guy named Coach Sal out of Florida is running around with an hour long show and made a major announcement tonight, Bill Cohwer is still talking to the Bills and he was impressed.
I don't know who the fuck Coach Sal is, but he claims to have a bunch of inside contacts over at 1 Bills Drive.

I don't know how I would feel about Cowher. I hated him for so many years.

If they hire a coach first, it needs to be a coach/GM.

Hiring your coach first, and GM second makes zero sense. (See the Cleveland Browns.)

Good point.

Just say no to Cowher.

I was really liking the idea of John Fox from Carolina, but him and his staff are safe for next year. First Locker opts to stay at Washington and now this, we just aren't lucky.

Exactly. If we don't hire a competent GM, the choice of Coach is somewhat moot. The jackasses who play GM for the Bills are incompetent, to put it nicely.

Russ Brandon and Tom Modrak are inept as a two headed Gm.

Brandon said something about not giving up all power but he is bringing a football guy to be the man in charge. But as it seems i highly doubt any of the big name coaches will want to come to the mess that is the buffalo bills. there is a lot of instability. i can see fewel returning or them looking at coordinators. say Boise State's offensive coordinator. or Mark Trestman coach of the Allouettes. If fewell returns i hope he brings in a defensive coordinator like TCU's.
