although I like the whole idea of the neutral site Super Bowl, I'm not a fan of it. Some sites such as Domes take away any elements that maybe an advantage. The warm climate sites, take way the cold, but not the rain and wind. I feel that the Super Bowl should be kept out of Dome sites and played outdoors, but the sites should not always be warm climates either.

It's fine, it attracts more people if the weather is warm anyways, especially since you can't buy the tickets to a Superbowl game, companies don't want to get tickets if it is going to be -10 and snowy.

Hell I'd hate to have to watch the biggest game of the year in that type of weather conditions unless shitfaced drunk to stay warm.

They do it for the people watching the game, the performers at pre-game and at half-time, plus they'll get more money that way. It's smart to do that for the Superbowl and I don't mind how it's done, it works, has worked also.

Heck in all the years it's been in Florida or anywhere warm, it has only rained once during the game.
