Minnesota Thors would be a much better team.

The Vikings' mascot is fucking awesome. Fat, bearded, bald guy in breeches and fur vest. He's the man.

I'd like to see the Jets beat San Diego so the Colts can prove to everyone that when the Jets beat the Colts it was just a fluke, because they pulled their starters.

Plus San Diego has a knack of beating the Colts when it matters the most.

God damned Nate Kaeding. Didn't San Diego learn this lesson 4 years ago when he biffed one against the Jets?

I was just happy the Jets got in and figured there was NO WAY they could stop the air attack of the Chargers. Wow, now anything can happen.

Regardless of who wins in the NFC (I kinda like Allen on the Vikings, so I'm pulling for them a little), I want Indy to win it in the AFC cuz they're a likeable team with a likeable QB. Oh yea, and mega talented, too.

wait. why exactly is brady not likable? im just confused by that. seems like everyone here hates brady, but hes never really done anything that would make him seem criminal or a jerk. plus, he went to a much better school and has a better education! (thats actually not bias)

I don't hate Brady the player like I hate Brady the Patriot (does that make any sense? I think it does), I just find him unlikeable. He's always so smug and bitchy, and he doesn't really have any sort of reputation for being a cool dude outside of the game. Meanwhile, Peyton Manning is goddamned hilarious (I've been informed he actually adlibbed most of his SNL stuff, and the rest he sat in on during the writing process) and has done cool things like renegotiate his contract to get much less in guaranteed bonuses so that the Colts could resign players they would otherwise lose.

What Phil said.

Plus as most of us are Bills fans we have typically had a hatred for the Patriots and with Brady being there QB it goes hand in hand really.

Well, not quite (for myself at least). Yea, I don't like him cuz he's a Patriot, but I just feel that I wouldn't like him anywhere. A lot of it boils down to him bitching at the refs when he gets legally pasted or if he gets called for intentional grounding. He's just a big bitch, IMO.

I actually agree with you on these points also.

I see him that way also, so you aren't alone.

i dont know about him being bitchy, i guess i never got that vibe from him. to me, i suppose, hes still the michigan kid running down the field with that huge fucking grin on his face to celebrate, and celebrating with the student section after a win.

but i could see how people could get that smug vibe off him.

for the record, i like peyton too. dude is funny. hate his brother though.

Brady did do that cameo in Stuck on You with one of his teammates. That was pretty funny, but he's nowhere near as funny as Peyton. I love the Peyton and Eli commerical where they keep scuffling behind their parents and older brother

Basically irony, Bills fans pretty much hate every QB other than our QBs(I know, what QBs). We just hate some less than others, and for some reason, it's pretty universal among all us fans(amazingly). I mean Romo and Sanchez are gonna come in last almost every time. As good as Marino was, you won't find a Bills fan even recognizing he was as good as he really was. In our hearts, he will ALWAYS be OUR bitch(well, Bruce's bitch anyways). Brady is up there on our list, but 2 years ago he would have been closer to the bottom.

...and I really do respect Brady's career.

But Fuck Marino's lol

Woah woah woah, words in a lot of mouths, dude.

I respect the hell out of opposing QB's numbers. Except Elway - he pulled the same shit Eli Manning did (refusing to play for the team that drafted him) but years earlier. And Brady - he's a whiny bitch. And Romo - he's a damned choker and a crybaby. But otherwise, I like a lot of QB's. The aforementioned elder Manning and Philip Rivers are two qube's I like.

dan marino is a fuck. he was once asked if he would trade in his individual accolades for a superbowl ring, and he emphatically answered "NO!" those were his numbers, and his accomplishments. so much for the team, eh marino? oh well, those numbers got you in ace ventura. good for you.
