even though ive been very vocal and critical of jeter, mainly his weak defense, its refreshing to see a guy who wants to stay with one team his whole career.

with his contract expiring, and his age getting up there, my guess he plays for 3 more years, and with the yankees. if he does leave new york, i wouldnt be shocked if he became a tiger, due to him being a michigan boy. god, i hope not though.

I would want to as well seeing as the Yankee's are favorite to repeat as World Series Champions. plus he probably wants to retire as a Yankee.
