Sissies. They could've at least had ice cream and made some ginger ale or cream soda floats. |

I feel like it's completely classy, and it's also why I feel the Rangers will beat the Yanks in the ALCS. They are more of a team, they come together, and they are as close to a family as you will find in professional sports. The Yanks, as talented as they are, at times are 25 immensely gifted individuals that have the good fortune of playing together on a roster. |

Posada, Cano, Jeter, Pettitte, and Rivera have been together for longer than anybody on the Rangers. They literally are a family. The newer additions - Texiera, Rodriguez, Swisher, Sabathia - have all joined the program without disrupting the team goals for personal gain. There hasn't been any known individual or in-fighting drama aside from A-Rod's steroid story, but that wasn't an ego driven deal that disrupted the team either. The A-Rod/Jeter stuff was all media inflated BS, and that's been over for a looong time. That said, I like Texas and it should be a good series. Cliff Lee can push any contender over the top. |

But you're still wrong. The Rangers are winning because their pitching is better than the Yankees pitching, which is considerably worse than previous playoff efforts so far. Texas is a fun bunch to watch though. They're swinging away and having a lot of fun in the process. Too many other teams have gotten too tight and nervous playing New York in the past. Texas has stayed loose, and came back strong instead of crumbling after that game one collapse. |

Texas doesn't have idiots like this, which is why they will win. Pay close attention to this captain of society...................................\/

All teams have idiots. The Yankees have more. Even hardcore Yankee fan friends of mine think these people are morons. The kid who interfered with the play is a clear toolbox, much like the fat bastard yelling fuck you at the Texas player trying to make a catch. |

I'm certain that there are plenty of idiots in the stands, but if the ones right at the edge of the wall DID NOT try to catch a potential home run ball in a playoff game at Yankee Stadium, and talk some trash if it was a home run, I would wonder why they even bought the ticket. There's a line - talking about family, throwing stuff or spitting, but don't expect to be in that environment and not hear some trash talk and profanity. I wouldn't talk that stuff personally in front others family/kids, and I wouldn't be dumb enough to buy tickets in those sections and bring my daughter either. Nothing in that video is very over-the-top from any other sports venue in the country. I've seen/heard worse at Sabres games in Carolina, from both fan bases. |
