Even if someone deserves an ass kicking, they can still press charges. It's crazy.

Has it even been confirmed that charges are being pressed against him? If the police were called in to break it up, I'm going to assume they'd put him in holding for the night regardless of whether or not he'll be facing charges.

It all depends on WHY he fought. If HE threw the first punch, meaning he was the first to resort to violence for no good reason, then HE is a douche and really this shouldn't be treated as a small deal. If he was defending himself, OKAY THEN. By the sound of the reports, he didn't have a good reason to fight.

The reports don't even begin to hint at any reason for the fight, so how can you come to the conclusion he didn't have a good reason?

And even if he did throw the first punch, if it was to defend someone else, I have no problem with it.

I've got some friends from Uni from windsor who know zack kassian and his girlfriend well on a personal level. Apparently the dudes a skeezball when it comes to women and cheats on his regularly.

If anyone knows it, the Redbull Air Race is on in Windsor this weekend, I'm going and I was told Kassian'll probs show up to my friends party, so I'll get to see how big of a guy he is in reality, and whether as dirtbag as previously mentioned
