I think comparing Lady GaGa and Aqua isn't fair. Even though it IS lacking, Germanotta's music is still much more complex than Aqua.

Hahaha...she's taken a few spills onstage while performing too. I like Lady Gaga's music, but it's just pop music. I find it annoying that Gaga and some of her fans try to make out her music to be some profound social commentary. What a load of BS.

Apparently her next album is going to be based entirely on gays in the military. Try harder, Gaga.

She sucks. I know I haven't exactly set the world on fire myself, and I know that I'm not one to pass judgement. But, can she really sing? No. Can she really dance? A little, nothing special about her moves. Is she at least pretty? Not really. Peel of the crazy outfits and layers of makeup and she is plain looking at best.

Just another self-absorbed corporate whore who will soon be in for a very hard landing when she falls back to earth. Probably another OD or suicide waiting to happen and everybody will mourn and I'll hear about what a great influence she was on the world and then I will yawn.

Then it will happen all over again...

Girl can't dance at all. She has the least fluidity/natural talent in dancing of pretty much any pop singer out there now. It bothers me a lot more than it rationally should (which is not at all) lol.

I actually think she has a pretty good voice. And she writes her own music, and even though lyrics to pop songs are nothing to write home about, she still knows how to write a catchy song so you have to give her credit for that. She was a songwriter/producer before she became a pop singer.

I spose so. That's not my preferred genre of music, and I am not a teenage girl so it's easy for me to be a critic. I heard one of her songs about the paparazi and I thought it was kind of lame, but I give her credit enough for writing decent lyrics. It goes: "Imma a lucky girl because I got some paparazzi. Popa. Popa nazi!"

Not gonna lie. I love me some Gaga. My friend and I actually did Bad Romance at a mock rock. I think she is amazing, a talented song writer, and has a fantastic voice. Her acoustic versions of songs are great IMO. One of the biggest reasons I do love her so much is because of her persona. Maybe she is bat shit crazy, maybe she is doing it for the attention, but still, she has the balls to do pretty crazy shit, like hang herself in front of millions of people. Maybe all these antics are a big stunt, and one day Stefani will kill Gaga off. Whether that happens or not, I'm enjoying the whole Lady Gaga roller coaster ride.



EDIT: I just rewatched that video, and my god she is crazy, and I absolutely love love love it!!!
