Inception comes out this Friday, totally going to see it.

I want to see that, too. A movie that has to do with going into dreams? Awesome.

I think Leonardo DiCaprio is my favorite actor. I love most of his movies that I've seen. He probably just picks roles I would pick for myself if I were a dude... and also an actor.

I actually hated him at first because I generally hate anyone that inspires an annoying amount of teen fawning, but after I saw Catch Me if You Can, I really started to like him.

I <3 Ellen Page, she's probably my second favorite behind Natalie Portman and ahead of Winona Ryder/Nathan Fillion.

I felt that way about him, too, also until I saw that movie haha. It was only then that I realized that I really enjoyed him as an actor. Now that he's older and the fawning has long since stopped I can fully appreciate him.

This song goes along so well with a certain thread in the Politics subforum that I randomly decided to check out earlier.

Freaking love Stevie Wonder.

I think that Facebook has lost all the staying power it once had. It was still fine after they opened it up to everyone (I joined during the period when it was college and high school and for a while claimed to attend a high school other than my own in my profile because mine wasn't on there and it was necessary to have one to join lol), but just looking at my news feed... Nope. People starting using Facebook instead of other sites for reasons that don't even exist anymore.

Three posts in a row from me but oh well.

Over the past three or four hours my tonsils have gradually gotten more swollen and painful until now I can feel them with my tongue at all times, and they constantly hurt (talking and swallowing and all that jazz suuuuucks). I don't understand. D:

Facebook is and always was just a way to keep in touch with your friends from High School or College.

Say you hate it's open to everyone, but it does let your mom and dad possibly, find old friends and reconnect with them. I know my dad has found some old friends and even found a few that now live close to the area we're at.

Good to hear it was at least a decent movie. :D I am planning on seeing it really soon.

I'm friends with childhood friends on there. It's fantastic. I feel as if I know them again, somewhat. No, it really is cool to find people on there.

Of course, they're all starting to get married and/or have babies, and I feel so far removed from that right now, soooo that's a little weird haha.

My cat has become a neurotic nutcase since the other cat died in May. I keep telling my mother that we need to get a kitten so she has another cat there to socialize with, but she refuses. The cat is NUTS, though! Oh my gosh. She won't leave anyone alone and meows constantly for no reason. She was never like that. She's half the reason I didn't sleep last night.

I went to a Sabres game last year with a girl I knew in Elementary school in Rochester who grew up to be smoking hot because I reconnected with her on facebook.

Much to my surprise, Maharaja lager from the Indian subcontinent isn't half bad.
A little sulfery, but quite drinkable.
If I see a beer from a country not known for their beer I'll grab one and they're usually quite bad.

i gave 3 philosophers a second try, and really, i think an actual beer glass made a difference, because it was much better.

My little brother saw the antique archaeology Mercedes Benz Sprinter van from American Pickers going through my town today. Apparently they're filming in Rochester.

Apparently sitting out on my front deck, drinking a bottle of water and enjoying a quiet summer night equates to my sexual orientation being that of a homosexual. Or so says the punks who were driving mommy & daddy's mustang and felt the need to shout that (in fewer, less educated) words in my general direction as they drove by our house, tossing a beer can at me.

I've established that no matter where we live in this god damn fucking town, idiots like this are everywhere.

Fuck I hate this place.

Was it a cognac snifter, basically? Everyone I talk to who knows what's up in the beer world says 3-Phi has to be had out of a snifter.
