it seems that your politics against ohio just figures you to not be an ohio fan. it doesnt seem that you know the people, or visit the state, and just blast it. gets obnoxious.

It's a bitch to drive through.

lol That's why I hate Ohio, and you pretty much to drive through it to get anywhere from New York. I'm just glad that getting to Indiana only requires driving through it east to west and not north to south.

you know if you went through ontario, you could just use the blue water entry, and just follow I-69 allllll the way down. or hit 96 to 94, and hop on 69. it would probably be shorter and no tolls except the boarder crossings.

Why do you go so frequently if you hate it so much?

My parents don't have passports to get in, and the van is necessary to bring my stuff to and from college. Otherwise, that would definitely be preferable. Traveling through Canada always seems to be faster if you're going to be in a northern state. (Actually, my father has a passport, but he's never the one to bring me to school/pick up my stuff.) I always take the overnight train on breaks, so it isn't that bad.

I might try that if I ever go solo. Whenever I head up to the Buffalo area it's with the rest of my Family, so I'm just sorta along for the ride.

I love playing guitar and Randy Rhoads is one hell of a guitar player that I want to play like.

My google-fu is feeling weak.

15 or so years ago MTV used to run an ad with the artwork and phrases of:

Ceci n'est pas une pipe.
Image (René Magritte 1929)
Ceci n'est pas une chapeau.
[picture of hat]
Ceci n'est pas television.
[MTV logo]

now I have that commercial stuck in my head like a song and I can't find a video of it anywhere...bah.

You can't set the bar much higher than that.

Tom Little and Libby, his wife, have been friends of the family for over thirty years. Godspeed to Tom.

I hope my dad helps me buy this one car. The guy wants 3500 for it, I currently have 2K cash. I would love it too, a sr20det swapped 240sx for only 3500, and it's white.

But my dad said it is a little high if he only wanted 3000 for it he would help me get it, time to bug and bug him about it. I really want that and you can't get much cheaper then that unless I buy a shell and the motor then. But exhaust, intercooler, and all that jazz adds up.

Make sure you post pictures if you get it. Or better yet, make a build thread.

My brothers that are eight and eleven don't know what rabbit ears are. Um.

Edit (the next day...): This is weird because we had them up until five years or so ago.

Damn, it's off of Craigslist.

But there is another one that needs about $400 worth of parts or so and is basically done.

http://raleigh.craigslist.org/cto/1850173549.html

No pictures, but the guy said it needs an ECU flash, or stock ecu.

Wow. If you don't buy that, I might.

Go ahead then. I doubt Id even have the money for it.

I'm thinking of getting one that needs a new head gasket, maybe, all depends really for 500 bucks.
